We operate as E-commerce only. So we do not have any physical store as of now. All our items are sourced internationally.

You will receive the order confirmation email immediately just after placing your order. If you don’t receive that email, please check your Spam folder and see if you can locate it (Please mark “Not as Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox).

You will receive a Track order link inside the order confirmation email to track your order.

In general, you will receive your item within the chosen shipping time frame ( 10 – 20 Business days). We ship out the deliveries of all products as soon as we receive them from the international supplier.

We receive new stock including different brands on a weekly basis.
